Dr. James Meschino DC, MS, ND is a doctor of chiropractic, doctor of naturopathy, holds a masters degree in science with specialties in nutrition and biology, and is a fellow of the Academy of Anti-Aging Research. He is an associate professor, in the division of biochemistry and physiology, at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he has taught nutrition and natural medicine courses since 1984. He is the author of The Meschino Optimal Living Program: 7 Steps To A Healthy, Fit Age-Resistant Body, as well as three other books on nutrition, wellness, and anti-aging. Dr Meschino has taught and coordinated the second year nutrition course at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a faculty member of the American Council on Exercise.
Since1984, Dr. Meschino has actively taught courses on nutrition, supplementation, exercise physiology, and anti-aging, to health care professionals and the general public throughout Canada and the United States. His continuing education seminars and distance-learning programs are authorized for continuing education credits in many provinces and states throughout North America Dr. Meschino has developed corporate wellness programs for various companies in Canada and the United States and is the Director of Continuing Education for The Renaisante Institute of Integrative Medicine, which provides continuing education courses to health care professionals.
Dr. Meschino has had more than 50 research review papers on nutritional supplementation published by America-Online (pubmed site) and is a regular anti-aging and natural therapies columnist for Dynamic Chiropractic, Massage Today and Naturopathy Digest. He is the product formulator for Adeeva Nutritionals, which is a professional line of nutritional supplements and anti-aging topical products sold throughout Canada, The United States and certain parts of Europe
